He was predeceased by: his parents, William Junior and Mabel Esther Welch Robbins; and his siblings, Marshall Welch, Robert Robbins, Kyron Robbins, Roberta Robbins and Katherine Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Stacie Kolb; his children, Tabitha Peterson, Bridget Billmeyer, Tara Aylors (Keith), Lyle Robbins (Heather) and Trisha Robbins (Justin Kidd); his stepchildren, Joseph Kolb and Takoda Newberry; his sisters, LaDonna Mayfield (Mike) and Diana Tromblee (Tim); and his stepsiblings, Tim Tromblee (Diana) and Claudia Tromblee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dennison Funeral Home - Viola (1601 13th St, Viola, IL 61486). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
