He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Gray and Virginia Louise Coder Carlstead; his parents-in-law, Billy and Pat McGraw; and his brother Bruce Carlstead.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lynn McGraw; his son Brandon Carlstead of Indianapolis, IN; his brothers, Christopher Carlstead, David Carlstead (Karla) and Andy Carlstead (Christine); and his brother-in-law Darin McGraw (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
