He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse David and Bernis Lucille Phelps Raymer. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Raymer (Kylie McMasters) of Georgetown, Mandi Healey (Andrew) of Kokomo, IN and Nichole Powell (Chad) of Danville; his siblings, Randy Raymer of Danville and Penny Wilson of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Mason Powell, Kendred, Taylen Tillotson, Drew Healey, William, Dylan Graves and Sullivan Rolnicki; and his great grandchildren, Bralee, Meilani, Laelynn and Verce.
