He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary "Betty" Barrick and John Francis Burow; his brothers, Jerry Spencer and Terry Spencer; his sister-in-law Mildred; and his former wife Linda Carol Line.
He is survived by: his brothers, Larry and Chancy; his wife Debra S. Knopp; his stepchildren, Nancy Spriestersbach (Keith) of Danville, Paul E. Burow, Jr. (Barbara) of Lindsay, OK, John William Burow, Angelica S. Hess (Paul) of Colonial Heights, VA and Erik R. Loreto of Tilton; and his stepgrandchildren, Destiny M. Harris, Rosabella K. Servis, Xavier L. Hess and Eli G. Loreto. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
