She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Earley (Miller) and Donald Jobe; her former spouses, Bob Dowers and Gene Bell; her husband Bill Gordon; her daughter Jean Bates Martin; her stepsons, Roger and Jeffrey Gordon; and her sister Linda Kopka (Dennis).
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Dowers (Edith) of Cayuga and Larry Dowers (Kerry) of Georgetown; her son-in-law Rob Martin; her grandchildren, Brandon Bates (Rachael), Brock Bates (Sarah), Omeika Williams (Justin), Billie Jo DePrietta, Mathew Dowers, Olivia Martin, Leslie Martin and Hunter Martin; and her great grandchildren, Peyton Bates, Claire Bates, Madelyn Bates, Scarlett Bates, Lily Bates, Parker Sams, Tanner Sams, Madison Daniels, Gavin Daniels, Aiden Williams, Michael Dowers and Kenai DePrietta. She is also survived by step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren, and 1 step great-great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the First Church of Christ in Georgetown.
