With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Earl Emmert (Georgetown, Illinois), who passed away on December 11, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Harry R. Emmert and Dorothy Emmert (Rissler); his sons, Greg and Gary; his granddaughter Whitney Emmert; his stepgrandchildren, Joe Yowell (Marie) and Jamie Baird (Josh); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Weston and Waylynd Baird; his brother Ross Emmert (Julia); and his siblings-in-law, Burl Keiser (Vicky) and Marylin Petrie (Hal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Georgetown Agricultural Fair Association or the Fairview United Methodist Church.
