He was predeceased by: his brothers, Warren Dugger and Robert Dugger. He is survived by: his children, Jack Dugger (Kay) of Georgetown, Gary Dugger (LaDonna) of Fairmount and Janice Dugger of Catlin; his grandchildren, Chad Dugger (Molly), Clay Dugger (Tamra), Julie Dugger and Chris Dugger; and his great grandchild Greyson Dugger.
