She is survived by: her husband Joe Hayward; her siblings, Lavonne Morrow, Myra McConnell and Larry Awick (Debbie); her children, Debbie Randolph (Scott), Cheryl Slattery (Dennis) and Steve Hayward (Vickie); and her grandchildren, Cara Abreu (Oliver), Aaron Randolph (Emily), Kasey Hayward (Katie), Amanda Slattery, Brian Slattery, Ryan Hayward, Elizabeth Lehman (Micah), Kerri Hayward and Jessica Hayward. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
