She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Edward McElroy and Inez Lucille McElroy (Clause); her stepmother Mary Lou (Welborn); her brother-in-law Michael Smith; and her cousin Tim Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Ellis; her children, Michael Ellis, Jacob Ellis, Sarah Runyan (Gregory) and BJ William; her grandchildren, William Runyan, Milee Ellis, Addisen Ellis, Jeffrey Runyan, Alexis Vandervanter (Jared) and Deven Vice; her siblings, Kelly McElroy (Priscilla), Polly Sprick (John), Patricia Smith and Stacey Edwards (John); her brother-in-law John Ellis; and her cousin Kathy Ellis (Welborn). She is also survived by Her niece, many nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the family to donate at their discretion.
