She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Phil Smith; her great grandchild Thomas Conklin; and her friend Larrie Brown. She is survived by: her children, Patsy Lack, Bob Lack (Micki), Diane Smith and Teresa Van De (Greg); her grandchildren, John Collins, Matt Collins (Lenn), Sean Conklin (Lisa), Courtney Lack (Josh), Cindy Pasquale (Roy) and Donnie Wagner; her great grandchildren, Jonathon (Payton), Cassandra, Trinity, Lexi, Matthew, Landon, Grace, Kara, Ryelee, Zander, Arianna, Hannah and Dominick; her great great grandchild Lennon; and her siblings, Edward, Evelyn and Linda.

Memorial donations may be given in her name to Bethel Baptist Church, Georgetown.
