It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Gustafson (Georgetown, Illinois), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Newton and Myra Gertrude Miller Newton; her brothers, Lowell Newton, William Newton and Curtis Eugene Newton; and her great grandchild Carlas Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Blacketer; her children, Stanley Blacketer (Sue) of Williamsport, IN, Barney Blacketer (Deb) of Oakwood and Darla Balazhi of Georgetown; her sister Louise Keith of Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Ohlrich of Danville and Betty Slayton of Danville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the local American Legion.
