She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Lovett and Leona M. Morrow Lovett; her son-in-law Henry E. Gibat Jr.; her siblings, Charles Lovett and Minnie Lewis; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Edwards; her children, James Edwards Jr. of Olivet, Dale Edwards of Georgetown, Debra Barney (Tony) of Westville and Janet Gibat of Veedersburg; her grandchildren, Marshall Davis (Danielle Rodgers), Jordan Barney (Tessa) and Amanda Vickery (Brad); her great grandchildren, Colton Davis, Fox Vickery, Tristan Nolan, Joseph and Julian Barney; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Goodwin, Judy Dice and Beverly Coppenbarger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in her name to the donors choice.
