She was predeceased by: her parents, John Koontz and Lenora Koontz (Kirby); her husband Raymond Johnson; her sons, Raymond and Rodney Johnson; her siblings, John Koontz, Gladys Mariage, Marion Todd and Jesse Koontz; her grandsons, Jared and Raymond; and her son-in-law Thomas Hodgeman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Mobley (Harry) of Glasgow, KY, Kathryn Hodgeman of Wheatfield, IN, Twila Wadhams (Willard) of Danville, IL and Sheila Cooper (Lewis) of Georgetown, IL; and her grandchildren, Annette, Joseph, Bridget, Nathan, Troy, Mark, Jr. and Billy. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
