He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond Land, Norman Land and Mary Hart. He is survived by: his children, John "Jack" Land (Dana) of Danville and Melissa "Missy" Hill (Erik) of Catlin; his grandchildren, John Michael Land, Jordan Barney (Tessa) and Sara Howell; and his great grandchildren, Carter Land and Tristan Nolen.
Memorials may be given in his name to Carle Hospice Care.
