He is survived by: his spouse Priscilla; his children, Denise Rosby (Donald), Scott Pisarski (Michele), Jeff Pisarski (Tess) and Melanie Roberts; his grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Thomas, Samantha, Brandon, Breanna, Brady and Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Ethan and Logan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Cancer Center in DeKalb in care of the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main, St., Genoa, IL. 60135.
