It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Evers (Genoa, Illinois), born in Bellwood, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Evers and Anne Evers (Meyers); his son James A. Evers; and his siblings, Betty Mann and James H. Evers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Merriman; his children, Lynn Evers (Mike Grotheer), Joseph Evers (Jackie), Anne Evers Mishler, Patrick Evers (Heather) and Michael Evers (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Liz Evers, Andy Evers, Matt Evers (Megan) and Zach Botts; and his great grandchild Braylen Botts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
