He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baltrum and Marie Baltrum (Eagan). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Baltrum; his son Robert Baltrum Jr. (Kristen Baltrum); his grandchildren, James and Madeline; his son James Baltrum (Ann Rodriguez-Baltrum); his grandchildren, Cameron and Loretta; and his brother Paul (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
