He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Gayan and Josephine Gayan (Kowolski); his wife Mary K. Spencer; his daughters, Cindy Janiszewski (John) of South Elgin, Jennie Sklena (Thomas) of Genoa and Linda Diebold; his grandchildren, DJ, Emma and Jakob; and his son-in-law Paul Diebold.
