He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eberly and Virginia Eberly (Niemet); his wife Sharon Lee; his sister Diane Ackman; his brother-in-law William Lee (Butch); his parents-in-law, William Lee and Mildred Lee; and his brother-in-law Gerald Mattison.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Frye (Ed), Dana Purifoy (Corey) and Kurt Eberly (Amber); his brother Robert Eberly (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Jody Mattison, Terry Ann Gillis (Mike), Gary Lee (Julie) and Kurt Lee (Dawn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family. The donations will be given to the wonderful staff at Lincolnshire Place in Sycamore, where Hippie received exceptional care.
