He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Michael Patrick (Savannah) and Matthew (Hailey); his stepchildren, Cole and Elaina Swafford; his grandson River; his parents, Gary Walsh and Judy Walsh; his mother-in-law Peggy Scheppele; his siblings, Tom (Pam) and Terri Winfrey (Loren); and his sister-in-law Susan Scheppele.
