She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Joseph and Mildred Lorraine Miller (Stephens); her daughter Sheila Ann; her great grandchild Charlotte Grace Mueller; and her siblings, Melba Vernon, Eretta Hale, Norma Jean Moore, Betty Louise Johnson, Peggy Joan Klingman, Helen Kathryn, Ruth Ann, Dorothy of Virginia, James Miller, Dale Lee Miller and Wayne Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Ann Wojcicki (Ross Gemmill) of Wauconda, Donald G. Havell, Jr. (Carol) of Genoa and Mary Kathryn Longeway (Paul) of Elgin; her grandchildren, Michelle Pelizza (Brian) of Robbie Wojcicki, III, Mary Hohlman (Jeff Goshay), Laura Hohlman, T. C. Mueller and Alanna Mueller; her great grandchildren, Elliana Mueller, Nora Mueller and Addy Goshay; her brothers, Donald Ray Miller (Brenda) of Kentucky and Jack Lee Miller (Alicia) of Granite City; and her sisters-in-law, Blanche Allice Kogut, Diane Sue Para and Norma Gardener. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
