He is survived by: his parents, Ana Maria Torres and Jose M Rangel; and his siblings, Alicia Rangel, Olivia Rangel (Martin), Mariel Rangel, Roberto Rangel and Jose Rangel (Maria). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
