Lynda Stroud Obituary

In loving memory of Lynda Stroud of Genoa, Illinois, who departed this world on March 29, 2025 at the age of 85. Lynda leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Carl Wolf and Freda Mae Wolf (Montgomery); her husband Earl Eugene Stroud; and her sisters, Alice Paulson and Louise Muhl.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Dunlea (Jim) of Shawsville, VA, Dyanne Cline (Russ) of Byron, IL and Mark Stroud (Teresa) of Kingston, IL; her sister Donna Lee Miller of McHenry, IL; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb, Rebekah, Andrew, Angela, Melissa, Benjamin, Amanda, Jonathan, Abigail, Kevin, Eric, David, Amy, Keith, Kayla, Kimberly, Ashley and Marcus. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crosswind Community Church (13100 Cherry Rd, Genoa, IL 60135).
