He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Matushek and Phyllis Matushek (Babb). He is survived by: his wife Leslie J. Matushek; his sister Sue O'Flaherty (Matushek); his brother-in-law Patrick O'Flaherty; his children, Steven J. Matushek, Julie L. Matushek, Philip C. Matushek and Lyndsay C. Matushek (Jamison Huffman); his children-in-law, Vanessa M. Matushek (Graziano) and Michael L. Copenhaver; his grandchildren, Jeffery J. Taylor, Katrina L. Taylor (Stone), Chloe J. Copenhaver, Kelli R. Taylor, Tabitha R. Copenhaver, Becca L. Copenhaver and Frederix J. Huffman; and his great grandchild Violet L. Taylor. He is also survived by 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Social distancing and facial coverings enforced. A limit of 10 guests in the funeral home at one time- to comply with the IDPH COVID requirements.
