He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Russell and Stella May Russell (Raspberry); and his brothers, Michael and Roger Russell. He is survived by: his children, Robert C., David W. (Victoria L.) and Kristie L. Russell; and his grandchildren, Ashley Gallant, Andrea Gallant, Jacob Russell, Elizabeth Russell, Christian Komitas and Mia Rose Rodriguez.
