He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Tewksbury and Violet Tewksbury (Schumer); and his brother Gary Tewksbury. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tewksbury (Freise); his daughter Joline Nekyha (Walter); his grandsons, Walter Jerry and Max Nekyha; his son John Tewksbury (Brittany); his grandchildren, Hayden and Kip; and his sister Pam Wesner (Jake).
A memorial has been established for the Genoa-Kingston Rescue and Fire Department in care of the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main St., Genoa, IL. 60135.
