He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee and Frances Rubeck (Seele); his wife Linda; and his siblings, Beverly Smith, Linda Robertson, Dennis and Ricardo Rubeck.
He is survived by: his sons, Fred Rubeck, Darrell Rubeck and Edward Rubeck (Dominica); his sister Lois Thomas of Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Rubeck (Dennis) and K. C. Rubeck (Ricardo). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and additional family members.
