He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Floyd Gross and Marylou Gross; his grandparents, Herman Naatz, Jr. and Catherine Naatz; and his father-in-law Gene Doran.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie Doran; his children, Emily Doran and Thomas Skiba; his parents, Theodore Skiba and Sandra Skiba-Botts (Naatz); his brother Brian Skiba (Sara Wehrwein); and his niece Serenity Skiba.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Go Fund Me (set up by Kim Carlson) in Jeffrey's name.
