He is survived by: his wife Mary Kae; his children, James (Heather), Tom and Mary O'Grady-Jones (Marshall); his grandchildren, Brian, Steve, Amanda, Brenna, Tommy O'Grady and Meghan Kelly; and his great grandchild Lewis O'Grady.
