He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mulvaney and Margaret Mulvaney (Lang); his brother Leroy; and his wife Shirley Mulvaney. He is survived by: his son Russell "Rusty" Mulvaney (Lynn) of Stillman Valley; his granddaughters, Ruby and Lily of Stillman Valley; his siblings, Jean Beal (Jim) of Mt Vernon, Marie Bond (Ed) of Mt Vernon and Richard Mulvaney (Chris) of Indiana; and his sister-in-law Fay Losey (Tom) of Genoa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
