She was predeceased by: her husband Norbert Karvelis; her parents, Peter Paulsen and Mary Paulsen; and her son Blaine Karvelis. She is survived by: her children, John Karvelis (Gina), Mark Karvelis and Carol Ruback (Gail); her grandchildren, Noah Karvelis (Carmen), Elijah Karvelis (Sasha Gehkt), Lily Karvelis and Craig Ruback; and her great grandchild Francis Karvelis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Genoa Catholic Church (340 S Stott St, Genoa, IL 60135). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
