She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaf Lofgren and Esther Lofgren; her former husband Harry "Woody" Woodyatt; her daughter Kristy Phalen; and her brothers, Gordan Lofgren and William Lofgren.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Rick" Woodyatt (Billie), Steven "Skip" Woodyatt (Andrea) and Nikki Burdick (Roger); and her son-in-law Joseph Phelan (Mary). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one sister in law and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Fern Audrey Woodyatt Memorial Fund, addressed to the Woodyatt Family in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
