She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harvey and Marion Harvey (Stout); her husband William B. Gustafson; her son Larry Gustafson; her son-in-law Michael Knur; and her sister Joan Roush.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Underwood (Michael); her grandchildren, Cody Knur, Abbey Stine (Jeremy), Andy Jepson (Carole) and Nathaniel Underwood (Talli); her great grandchildren, Andrew Jepson, Sawyer, Avery, Nora Underwood, Giovanni and Naomi Stine; her brother John Harvey (Debbie); and her daughter-in-law Sandy Gustafson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for her family in care of the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main, St., Genoa, IL. 60135.
