He is survived by: his wife Ranelle Beal Palmer; his children, Joshua Palmer (Corina) and Jessalyn Palmer; his grandsons, Jaxon and Jacob Palmer; and his siblings, David Palmer (Cheryl), Daniel Palmer, Steven Palmer (Vickie), James Palmer and Cathy Palmer (Jean).
