He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Church (Durham); his wife Pat Anderson; his sister Kay Anderson of Cortland, IL; his niece Jeri Emerick; his great-niece Ashley Emerick; his great-nephew Brendan Emerick of Rockford, IL; his aunt Mary Loptien of DeKalb, IL; his stepsons, Rollin Church of Cherry Valley, IL and John (Jenn); and his stepgrandchildren, Catelynn, Marshall and Danica.
