She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Istrate (Mihai) of Georgia, Paul Sanders Jr. of Genoa, Kimberly Sanders of Genoa and Bobby Sanders of Genoa. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one sister; and two brothers.
