He was predeceased by: his uncle James Jeralds. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Jeralds and Marie Jeralds; his children, Hailee, Autumn, Arianna and Michael; and his sister Shannon Brackett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In accordance with the IDPH in regards to COVID- facial coverings must be worn and social distancing enforced.
