She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Lindquist and Amanda S. Lindquist (Carlson); her husband Alva Roy; her sons, Steven and David Alan; and her granddaughter Katie.
She is survived by: her children, Harlan Hawkins (Jean), Kevin Hawkins (Deanna), Randy Hawkins (Julie), Mark Hawkins (Kim) and Joy Dewey (Brad); and her daughter-in-law Diane Hawkins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials for Betty Hawkins can be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church of Genoa in care of the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main, Genoa, IL. 60135.
