She is survived by: her parents, John Wachowski and Janine Wachowski (Witcher); her brother Kyle Wachowski; her uncles, Norbert Wachowski (Scott Erwin) and Arthur Wachowski, Sr.; and her aunt Tanya Slowik (Ed).
