It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia W. Bruno of Geneva, Illinois, born in Forney, Texas, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Wilmarth and Nell Wilmarth (Freeman); and her siblings, Mary Catherine Bunn, Fred, Leland Wilmarth, Dorothy Hogan and Mildred Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Bruno; her sons, Frank (Ivanka) of Roselle, Paul (Mary) of Gurnee and Michael (Debra) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Paul "Tony" (Colleen) of Champaign, Virginia "Ginny" Bruno of Gurnee and Adam (Elizabeth) of Geneva; and her great grandchild Joseph Bruno.
