She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Nelson and Owen Nelson. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Nelson and Sidne Bakker; her children, Todd Lakin (Twania Brewster), Ryan Lakin (Kristin Lakin) and Margaret "Midge" Hampton (Jonathon Hampton); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Meredith, Natalie, Titus, Beckett and Ainsley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Yurs Funeral Home (1771 W State St, Geneva, IL 60134). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
