He is survived by: his children, Marijane Freier (Gary) of Geneva, Kathy Tornberg (Richard) of Elgin and Jennifer Brundige of Schaumburg; his grandchildren, Tracey Freier and Carl (Heidi); his great grandchild Aaron; and his friend Beverly Larkin.
