He is survived by: his wife Diane Ellsworth MacNeille; his children, Richard MacNeille (Karen Hellmich) of Winchester, MA, Roderick MacNeille (Larissa) of St. Charles and Amy MacNeille of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Emma MacNeille, Charlotte Malling, Betsy MacNeille, Katherine Malling, Margaret MacNeille, Andrew Malling, Ryan MacNeille and William MacNeille; his siblings, Diane MacQueen, Jeanne Martin and Doug MacNeille; and also, Clarence MacNeille and Robert MacNeille.
