Richard left this world on December 17, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Hertha; his wife Dawn; and his children, Kimberly Hochsprung (Bert) and Brian Vogel.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ryan Hochsprung (Sara) and Amanda Greene (Ronny); his great grandchildren, Carson and Luca; and his sister Marge Massa. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services (132 Fremont St, West Chicago, IL 60185). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Glen Oak Cemetery (758 Arbor Ave, West Chicago, IL 60185).
