She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kulik and Anna Kulik (Gillis). She is survived by: her children, Pat, Daniel O'Neill (Caroline) of Wauconda and Jennifer Krueger (John) of South Elgin; and her grandsons, Sean and Jason Krueger. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.
