He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Carol Estes; his children, Kerry Sapp, Shawn Sapp and Licia Sapp; his parents, Nelson Estes, Sr. and Betty Roys; his grandchildren, Seraphina Rose, Eva Sky, Ocean Sage Estes and Drew Sapp; and his sibling Pamela Hohman.
