She is survived by: her sister Virginia "Ginger" Gertrude Haack; her children, James Bradford Polivka (Debbi), George Bryan Polivka (Jeri), Dwight Chandler Polivka (Jana) and Rebekka Polivka James (Duane); her grandchildren, Robert Tucker DeBolt (Marisa), James Harrison Polivka (Maggie), Aime Madelyn Polivka, Caleb Preston Polivka (Rae), Jonathan Chandler Polivka, Joseph Bradford Polivka, Terry Anthony James Polivka, Rebekah Jeanne Schneider (Joshua) and Anna Ruth Hess (Victor); and her great grandchildren, Preston James Nathanael Polivka, Phinehas David Schneider, Boaz Dwight Schneider, Hadassah Dian Schneider and Brynn Harper Hess.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory - Downtown Naperville (516 S Washington St, Naperville, IL 60540). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
