It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Riippi (Geneva, Illinois), born in Saint Charles, Illinois, who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Duewel and Agnes Duewel; and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her children, Julie Autumn Platt (Michael) and Phillip; her grandsons, Dillon Roby, Derick Platt, Dalton Platt and Laken Riippi; and her siblings, Eugene Duewel (Sue), Janet Vasermans and Eddy Duewel (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
