He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Collins; his grandparents, Alice, Robert Gordon, Mary and Frank Collins; and his cousin Charlie Brandt.
He is survived by: his son Oscar Collins; his mother Betty Collins; and his siblings, Mary Koza of St, Charles, Mike Collins (Heather) of Gulf Breeze, Florida and Matt Collins (Karen) of Fishers, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
