She is survived by: her parents, LaVern Fortkamp and Elaine Fortkamp (Fullenkamp); her husband Steve; her sons, Jacob, Luke and Matthew; and her siblings, Denise Bricher (Steve) of Ohio and Dave Fortkamp (Brenda) of Indiana. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
